Accounting & Financial Reporting Manager

Industry: Manufacturing / FMCG. Experience: 8-12 years. Manufacturing experience mandatory; Food Manufacturing preferred. Key responsibilities: oversee month-end and year-end closing, prepare financial statements and management reports, manage manufacturing cost and inventory accounting, monitor budgets, forecasts, margins and profitability, handle VAT, audits and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 8-12 years of relevant accounting experience
- 3-5 years in Manufacturing / FMCG
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, VAT & manufacturing cost accounting
- Experience in inventory, costing, budgeting & financial reporting
- SAP, Oracle or similar ERP experience
- CPA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent preferred
