0-2 years role on the Capital Markets / Debt Syndication team working on debt transactions for real estate developers: credit analysis & underwriting, structuring term sheets/security packages/DSRA/escrow mechanisms, coordinating with NBFCs/banks/AIFs/private credit funds, financial due diligence, building project cash flow models, preparing credit notes/investment memos, monitoring post-disbursement compliance, sales & covenants, tracking real estate financing, interest rate & regulatory trends.
Requirements
- RICS / MBA (Finance) / CA
- 0-2 years in Real Estate Finance, Structured Debt, Investment Banking, Credit/Underwriting or Valuation/Advisory
- Freshers with strong finance/RICS fundamentals may apply
- Knowledge of RERA, MHADA/SRA and real estate project finance an advantage
- Strong financial modelling, analytical, communication and drafting skills
