Finance Cost Analyst

Provide financial expertise and support to various departments and business units by gathering, analysing and interpreting financial data to inform investment decisions, assess financial risks, and support strategic planning. Role based in Gurugram/Noida. Acts as liaison between the finance function and business units, developing financial strategies, plans, budgets and forecasting models, and analysing the financial impact of business decisions. Involves month-end management, variance analysis, and supporting monthly/quarterly business reviews.
Requirements
- In-depth technical knowledge in finance/cost analysis
- Experience with forward-looking financial projections (MTP/Outlook), cost allocation and variance analysis
- Ability to draft commentary for senior stakeholder reviews (FBPs, BMs, PMs)
- Experience with GL postings/month-end close and annual planning cycles (RAF)
- Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills
